What is N7 Fitness & Recovery CIC?
N7 is a Community Interest Company dedicated to improving men’s mental and physical health through gym access, structured fitness programs, and community support.
Who can join N7?
N7 is open to all men aged 18 and over. We welcome both NHS referred members to use the Gym and also non referred members who take part in the classes or have one to one personal training.
Do I need a referral to join?
No, referrals are not required to participate in the classes or to have PT Sessions – You can sign up directly. However, we only accept referrals from the NHS and other professional services to use the gym.
What happens if I’m referred by the NHS?
If referred by the NHS, they may share your health and contact details with us so we can tailor your support. Your data is handled securely and only used for your care and access to services.
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. We treat all health-related data as sensitive and comply with the UK GDPR. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details on how we protect your information.
What facilities are available at N7?
We offer gym equipment, group classes, and access to wellbeing sessions. Some programs also include one-to-one support and mental health resources.
We also aim to have a juice bar in the near future offering a wide range of healthy snacks and drinks.
Are staff qualified in mental health support?
Our staff are trained in safeguarding and basic mental health awareness, and some are peer-support trained. However, we are not a medical or psychiatric service.
Can I still join if I have a medical condition?
Yes — but you should consult your GP before starting any fitness program. Please let us know about any relevant conditions during registration so we can support you safely.
What should I bring with me?
Comfortable workout clothes, clean trainers, a towel, and a water bottle. If you’ve been referred, bring any paperwork provided by your referring body.

Can someone call my emergency contact?
Yes. If there is a physical or mental health emergency, we may contact your nominated emergency contact and share relevant details to help safeguard you.
How is payment handled?
Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. We don’t store card information ourselves. Some NHS-referred users may be eligible for free or subsidised access.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email or speak to us in person to request cancellation. Please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next payment due date.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy. Contact us to discuss any issues.
Can I use the gym if I’m in recovery from addiction?
Yes — our service is designed to be inclusive and supportive of recovery. We offer a judgment-free environment to support your personal goals.
