N7 Fitness & Recovery CIC is a UK-registered Community Interest Company (CIC) that specialises in supporting men’s mental and physical health through gym access, guided sessions, and wellbeing support.
2. Membership Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of N7 unless otherwise authorised. We may require proof of age and/or identification.
3. NHS Referrals and Third-Party Data Sharing
Some members may be referred to N7 by a third party, such as the NHS or an affiliated health professional. In such cases, personal data may be shared with us by the referring organisation under an appropriate lawful basis (e.g., consent, public task).
By engaging with our services, referred users acknowledge and accept that:
- Their information may include special category data (e.g., health conditions).
- N7 will process and store this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The information is used strictly to support the user’s participation in fitness and wellbeing programs.
All users, including those referred by the NHS, are responsible for reviewing our Privacy Policy, which outlines our lawful basis for processing such information.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
N7 is not a registered healthcare provider. Our staff and volunteers are not qualified to offer medical diagnoses or treatment unless otherwise stated. Members must:
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions during registration.
- Seek medical advice before undertaking physical activities if unsure.
- Accept full responsibility for participating in activities at their own risk.
We reserve the right to deny participation in certain activities if we believe it is unsafe.
5. Use of Facilities and Services
Members agree to:
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
- Respect others and behave in a manner that promotes safety and inclusivity.
- Wear suitable attire and bring their own equipment where required.
- Refrain from misuse of equipment or property.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
6. Emergency Contact and Safety Measures
All members must provide at least one emergency contact. In the event of a physical or mental health emergency, we may contact this individual and disclose minimal necessary details, such as your location and the nature of the emergency, to safeguard your wellbeing. This is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and Fees
- Payments for memberships, sessions, or services are processed via third-party providers Stripe and PayPal.
- N7 does not store payment card information directly.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
- Refunds are issued only in accordance with our refund policy (available on request).
8. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice. N7 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or pose a safety risk to yourself or others.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, branding materials, class formats, and digital resources are the property of N7 Fitness & Recovery CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse this content without written consent.
10. Liability
N7 shall not be liable for:
- Any injury or health condition arising from your use of our services, unless caused by our negligence.
- Loss of personal belongings on our premises.
- Issues caused by third-party providers such as payment processors.
You agree to indemnify N7 against any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
